The school of magic·k starts from the postulate of the existence of clairvoyance as a latent and undisclosed shared force, using discreet techniques to convey the invisible and challenge accepted understandings of self, intention and encounter.

If clairvoyance is often attributed to the realm of extraordinary characters and gifted persons, the idea of a school, on the opposite, brings about the notion of transmission while focusing on learning rather than education. The school of magic·k is thought of as a local meeting point to gather and prepare tools in order to prefigure forms of living and loving that encourage worldly action.
The term Studio here refers both to the activity of study and to the dance studio. If we take study as a kind of sociability* and the dance studio as the place where rehearsal, transversal experimentation and immaturity comprise the rule, then a studio is an invocation to "ensemble" in specific ways that enable uncertain and speculative learning.

Opening with reiki practice - trying the medium version for the first time:the person giving is "only" an instrument to the body´s needs of the person receiving. The person receiving sets an intention in the beginning and informs the giver of when that intention is set.

Checking out the scene in Ghost (the movie) where Whoopi Goldberg says "ok, you can use my body" as an example of the role of the medium.

Arrived together to the Golden Zaal after spending time since 18.00 yesterday to 10:00 now. We have been roughly working between 10 - 18, so between 1+0 = 1 to 6 (in numerology), and the days between 1 - 6 of March. Coincidence?

10:00 conversation with Margaux Schwarz on working as a psychic/medium and how to form a technique that works for one. Different techniques between Margaux and Olivia (medium sister). Margaux starts by receiving a full name and its sonic, visual and linguistic information, followed by question/s from the client to open a long conversation (of about 3 hours). Talked about the importance of a clear question. Olivia starts by receiving a full name followed by writing a letter to the client prior to the meeting and then consulting the letter, shorter sessions. On her practice as an artist and the relation to medium practice. Questioning the need to separate them. Questioning the line between life and the practice as a medium. In the daily life Margaux's psychic abilities are not there, it is only when space-time is set up for the medium reading and the full name of the person's reading.
On a common thread that starts to link many conversation and practices in this container: amnesia, the loss of memory, not remembering what has happened during the session.
